1 PKG LEMON PUDDING 1 PKG YELLOW CAKE MIX
4 EGGS 1/2 C WATER
1/2 C OIL 1 TBSP FLOUR
1/2 C OIL
BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS WELL AND POUR INTO A GREASED BUNDT PAN OR TUBE PAN. SPRINKLE WITH 1/2 C CHOPPED NUTS. LET STAND ON TOP OF CAKE. BAKE 1 HOUR AT 350 DEGREES . WHEN JUST OUT OF THE OVEN, AND STILL WARM POUR RUM SAUCE OVER CAKE.THE RUM SAUCE RECIPE WILL FOLLOW.
BOIL 1 C SUGAR, 1 STICK BUTTER, 1/4 C WATER. BOIL. TAKE OFF HEAT AND LET. ADD 2 OUNCES OF RUM. LEAVE IN PAN.
