2 pkgs frozen straberries in syrup 1/3 c ice water
1/4 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 c o.j.
In electric blender, blend to smooth. Scrape sides, but be sure to turn off machine, then blend again.
Pour into covered container and freeze. Makes 4-6 servings. Let thaw 1/2 hr. May need to add 1/2 c sugar or honey when using more than 1 pt of berries.
